About me

I am an engaging communicator with a passion for stories. I started my career as a journalist, writing and editing for community newspapers for more than 12 years. Newspapers taught me not only how to recognize a good story, but how to distill it and tell it well.

Effective marketing and public relations are about telling good stories. As senior writer and marketing specialist at Wyoming Medical Center, I helped coordinate the rollout of a new hospital logo and tagline, centered around strong storytelling. I am an excellent content marketer who will craft campaigns that elevate your brand, foster new relationships and drive your organizational goals.

Finally, I am a skilled spokesperson and Public Information Officer, certified in Incident Command through FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute. I have managed internal, external and crisis communications for a variety of audiences. I am an experienced manager and winner of multiple national, regional and statewide writing and marketing awards.

Currently, I am a senior writer and rankings editor at Times Higher Education of London | Poets&Quants, covering business education at the top business schools in the world.
